What is scalar?

Scalar or a scalar field is known as a fifth-dimensional non-linear field. This means the energy of the scalar fields moves in all directions, including existing out of relative time and space. Because of this they do not decay over time or distance from their source. They are unbounded and capable of passing through solid matter.

The human body's cells and cell walls have crystalline structures capable of holding a charge. Toxins in the body keep these cells and structures from functioning properly and hold them at a lower frequency. When the human body enters a scalar field, the electro-magnetic field of the individual and their cells becomes energized and essentially "re-charge" the body. Here at Waverider we use EESystem™ scalar technology in our "Energy Lounge" to return the body to a more original and appropriate electrical matrix.

What is the EESystem?

The Energy Enhancement System™ (EESystem™) is the technology that we use to bring the bio-active life enhancing energy fields of scalar waves to our center's scalar room. This wondrous technology was developed over 20 years by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, Ph.D, DNM, DCSJl, and uses custom-installed computers to generate morphogenic energy fields that can promote healing. The EESystem has been recognized at dozens of medical, scientific and professional conferences around the world.

The EESystem has been installed throughout the United States and internationally to promote wellness, healing, relaxation, purification and rejuvenation. This ecologically & environmentally safe system is used by individuals, doctors, and therapists as well as Meditation and Wellness Centers to improve human development and psychological well-being.

How long should I stay in the scalar room?

There is no time limit for your body's exposure to the scalar field as the energy is cumulative. The longer you spend within the scalar room, the more your body will benefit. For first time visitors, we suggest a 2 hour session to allow the body to adjust and to optimize cellular energy while detoxing.

What are your business hours?

We are open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, with the exception of select holidays, which include Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. It is important to note that scalar session appointments for our Energy Lounge are booked on the top of each hour and spa services at every half hour.

What should I do if the time I want is not listed or available?

Space in our Energy Lounge is limited and as such the availability of the chairs is reflected on the booking page. It is important to take into consideration when booking that scalar sessions are booked in one hour increments and spa services, not including the Radiant Renewal package, in half hour increments. We are open till 8:00 pm daily and thus the last one hour scalar appointment available that can be booked is at 7:00 pm. In addition to Scalar sessions we also offer Yoga classes in our Energy Lounge. Because of this, certain times are blocked off. The classes we offer and when they are taking place are viewable on our Yoga Classes page.

What should I bring with me?

For scalar sessions, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle with you as staying hydrated is very important. You may also bring any pillows, blankets, eye masks or ear plugs that you wish. Phones are to be turned off or silenced during your stay and are not to be used in the Energy Lounge. We also ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or essential oils on your visit to Waverider, as many are sensitive to fragrance. If attending one of our yoga classes, we recommend wearing comfortable, flexible clothing as well as bringing water. For any spa services, nothing additional is recommended, however you may want to bring a robe with you for time in our sauna. Towels are provided.

What is a Detox Bath and do I need one?

A detoxifying and cleansing bath is a blend of sea salt and baking soda. We highly recommend this detox salt bath within 24 hours of your visit in our scalar room. Through studies by Dr. Marcial-Vega, it has been shown that the body's cells release toxins when charged in order to heal. The detox bath helps assist the body with processing and releasing of these toxins.

What could I experience and will it work for me?

Every person has their own experience and personal results differ from person to person. The most common experience guests encounter is a deep sense of relaxation, improved sleep and an increase of energy overall. Others have encountered better health through positive changes as seen in blood test results, decreases in inflammation, increased speed of recovery post-surgery or injury and  much more.
